| 1. |
For
the purposes of the competition the final Goal Tally of
each of the six matches will be taken by the promoter
as the official result unless:
| (a) |
If
any of the six listed matches are cancelled, the
promoters Pools Panel will determine the amount
of goals for each cancelled match. |
| (b) |
If
a match is unfinished, the promoter will take
as the final goal tally- the result as it stood
at the time of stoppage.
The
promoter's decision shall be final and binding
in honour.

| 2. |
If
there is more than one winner for 1st, 2nd or 3rd prizes
the total amount of prize money will be divided equally
between the winning entries at each level. |
| 3. |
All
entries must be received by 3.00 pm UK time (unless
an earlier Kick Off time is stated) on the Saturday
or Sunday that matches are played. Late entries will
be invalid.

| 4. |
In
the event that a payment is not authorised the entry may,
in the promoter's absolute discretion, be disqualified. |
| 5. |
Persons
under the age of 16 years are NOT eligible to enter. |
| 6. |
Grand
Prix 6 Ltd does not accept liability for the failure of
entries to reach our web-site on time. |
| 7. |
If
there is no winning entry for a particular prize the prize
fund in respect of that prize will be distributed as follows:
| (a) |
If
there is no 1st Prize winner the 1st Prize fund
will be distributed to the 2nd Prize winner(s) (or
the 3rd Prize winner(s) in the event that there
is no 2nd Prize winner). |
| (b) |
If
there is no 2nd Prize winner the 2nd Prize fund
will be distributed as to 60% to the 1st Prize winner(s)
and as to 40% to the 3rd Prize winner(s) (or in
the event that there is either no 1st Prize winner
or no 3rd Prize winner 100% to the 1st or 3rd Prize
winner(s)). |
| (c) |
If
there is no 3rd Prize winner the 3rd Prize fund
will be distributed as to 50% to the 1st Prize winner(s)
and as to 50% to the 2nd Prize winner(s) (or in
the event that there is either no 1st Prize winner
or no 2nd Prize winner 100% to the 1st or 2nd Prize
winner(s)). |
| (d) |
If
there is no 1st, 2nd or 3rd Prize winner the Prize
fund will be distributed to the entrant(s) who correctly
predict the first three, then two matches(or the
first match if there is no such entrant). |
| (e) |
If
there are no winners under the provisions of paragraphs
(a)-(d) above, the Prize fund will be distributed
to the entrant(s) who the Promoter in its sole discretion
considers to have predicted most accurately the
goal tally of the matches. |

| 8. |
The
minimum stake is £4.00 (ie., 2 lines). |
| 9. |
Each
entry line can only win one prize pool. |
| 10. |
The
result of each competition will be published on our web-site
by the following Thursday. |
| 11. |
There
is no requirement for winning entrants to claim their
prize. |
| 12. |
Prize
money will normally be credited to winners Betting Accounts
within 7-10 days of the competition date. |
| 13. |
Except
as otherwise stated, the promoter's decision in all matters
(including, but not limited to ascertaining the winners,
the level of prize money and disqualified entries) will
be final and in honour binding. No correspondence will
be entered into regarding the goal tally of each match
or the prize money distributed to each level of winner. |
| 14. |
An
entry will be disqualified if in the sole opinion of the
Promoters:
| (a) |
It
is not accompanied with remittance. |
| (b) |
It
is incomplete, indecipherable, incorrectly completed,
illegible or ambiguous. |
| (c) |
It
is sent by a person under 16 years of age ; or |
| (d) |
It
does not reach the web-site as provided in the Rules
or otherwise breaches the terms of the Rules. |

| 15. |
Proof
of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt
of the entry. |
| 16. |
If
an entry is recognised by the promoter as being disqualified,
any stake money received in respect of that entry shall
be refunded or credited to the entrant upon receipt from
him of a claim for a refund/credit provided such a claim
is received by the promoter within 8 weeks of matches
in respect of which the entry was purported to have been
made. |
| 17. |
The
rules of the competition may be changed at any time and
any such changes will be notified on the competition web-site. |
| 18. |
The
competition has been designed to comply with the laws
of the United Kingdom and no warranty is given that the
competition or any of its rules comply with the laws of
other countries. |
| 19. |
All
entries for this competition are deemed to be made in
the UK wherever the entry originates. |
| 20. |
The
competition shall be governed by English law and any disputes
arising from it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the English courts. |

The
competition shall not give rise to any legal relationship,
rights, duties, responsibilities or liability of any kind
but shall be binding in honour only. |
